Responsibilities
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a talented results oriented Technical Recruiter with a passion for delighting the candidate to join our team. Successful candidate will utilize their experience in partnering closely with both hiring managers and HRBPs to execute on the recruiting strategy.
The successful candidate will utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting, and tracking against metrics while prioritizing to meet hiring targets. The ideal candidate will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They will gain a deep understanding of our business, and draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition, forging dynamic relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs to deliver results.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage hiring manager expectations while setting expectations on roles and responsibilities for success.
- Be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than simply sell a role.
- Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active sourcing and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term recruiting and retention success, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits with our desire to deliver the highest quality results to hiring managers.
- Articulate in writing recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Work with the business and HRBPs to determine appropriate salary ranges and align candidate expectations with internal budgets. Assist in calibrating appropriate salary levels internally.
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A demonstrated passion for recruiting and providing superior customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
- Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
- Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring managers
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation, engagement, and closing strategies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate/applicant management, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and ATS systems, web search, and other sourcing products
- 5+ years of client-facing responsibilities working directly with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
- 5+ years Engineering Recruiting experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally across the recruiting process, communicating and partnering with multiple stakeholders
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in applying analytics to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- 2+ years of experience with recruiting-related data; able to produce metrics-driven recruiting document.
- Must be located in the U.S.
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Normal auditory and visual abilities. Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
