Job Description
This role is a 6-month contract position to start with an opportunity for long-term or perm. We are looking for a tech sourcer to join the Tech Recruiting team that is tasked to build pipelines and proactively capture top talent in a highly competitive tech market. In this role, as a tech sourcer, you will be seen as the subject matter expert with current knowledge of the talent market and provide active applicants and passively sourced candidates to the hiring leaders for consideration.
Objectives
- Proactively identify and assess technical talent for niche and hard-to-fill roles, with a sharp focus on building and presenting diverse pipelines of candidates
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs
- Act as subject matter expert on the sourcing process and informed on tech talent market trends
- Engage and interact with prospects and active candidates, including initial screens of candidates and assist through the application and interview recruitment process.
- Build and cultivate MassMutual's tech talent community using different platforms including WorkDay ATS, Smashfly CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc…
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year+ technical sourcing experience in a highly competitive market
- Experience sourcing technical talent like Software Engineers, Solution Architects, DevOps Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Full Stack Developers, etc…
- Experience using an ATS and CRM, preferably WorkDay and Smashfly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Start-up experience is a plus
