Job Description:
People are our greatest asset and the Talent Acquisition team is on the front lines of finding and attracting the best for Pluralsight! We are looking to add a Talent Specialist on our Early Careers and Diversity team, who can provide an elevated candidate experience and level of service to our teams. This role is responsible for multiple key touch points along a candidate's journey with us. You will promote inclusion and help build our internal vision into a reality with specific recruiting and sourcing functions. This role will work on infusing our talent pipeline with outstanding and diverse talent and assist with program projects. We are looking for a resourceful person who provides welcoming interactions with team members, management and other partners that work together to attract and onboard our employees!

What you'll own:

  • Structure processes and policies that promote diversity
  • Partner with our Diversity and Belonging team to ensure alignment with cross functional initiatives
  • Source, network with and proactively connect with underrepresented groups
  • Lead out partnerships with alumni & student groups, diverse job boards, and our internal partners
  • Keep track of diversity metrics and provide analysis of reports to make recommendations for improvement
  • Advocate to ensure equality across all business functions
  • Design creative ways to increase and maintain Pluralsight's brand and profile on campuses and social media
  • Assist with other Early Careers and Diversity projects and events (career fairs, info sessions, site visits)
  • Build and champion entry level hiring policies and procedures
  • Assist in processing corporate expenses for the Talent Acquisitions team, as required


Experience you'll need:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment in a recruiter or formal diversity hiring capacity
  • A laser focus attention to detail
  • Ability to assess multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with communicating content and public speaking
  • Demonstrated ability to see a project through to completion
  • Demonstrated success in helping to create meaningful experiences (events, meetings, etc.)
  • Experience with various interviewing techniques
  • Familiarity with online and offline sourcing (e.g. through professional networks or job fairs)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Participation in seminars and workshops around diversity in the workplace or relevant certifications are a plus
