What will be my purpose?
The Talent Sourcing and Engagement Specialist (TSES) is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing and engagement strategies designed to attract the talent needed for near term business needs. The TSES is responsible for actionable sourcing plans designed to reach the desired talent through a variety of channels, including professional and industry groups, affiliations, educational institutions, alumni groups, and other venues where the sought-after skills and experiences can be found. The TSES proactively manages relationships with targeted talent and key business leaders through active engagement and sharing of relevant content and company information in order to drive candidate interest in joining the organization.

What will I be doing? • Partner with hiring managers to create job summaries and postings that will attract top talent.• Consult with Business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and HR Compliance.• Work to develop personas and candidate profiles for targeted talent.• Develop and execute plans designed to identify and connect with talent needed to advance business objectives across the enterprise.• Leverage market intelligence technology and web-based talent platforms to research and gather market data and insights on business and industry trends, competitor talent trends, talent market dynamics, and multi-dimensional labor market supply and demand.• Maximize use of Candidate Relationship Management system to advance and measure candidate engagement through campaigns, virtual events, blogs, vlogs, and other available tools.• Work in conjunction with internal partners, including Enterprise Communications and Enterprise Brand to establish effective engagement strategies by way of social media channels.
Additional Activities• Lead or participate in internal and external career events as needed.• Support to Talent Acquisition Programs as needed.• Work to develop leaders and employees to be talent scouts.• Develop metrics for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of outcomes with a focus on demonstrating a ROI for sourcing and engagement efforts.

What you must have:• 2+ years' related work experience. Experience Details: progressive work experience, 2 or more years of which are in the following: full cycle recruitment, talent strategy development, sourcing specialist, search firm experience, or agency staffing, or social media employment brand strategy.• Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience.• Demonstrated abilities with a proven track record in sourcing active and passive candidates. • Proven track record working within a fast-paced, growing and dynamic environment.• Experience and agility in order to manage shifting priorities and moving deadlines.• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining detail orientation.

What we prefer:• PHR - Professional Human Resources Certification or other Human Resources Related Certification• Experience using a variety of HR technologies including Candidate Relationship Management Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Human Resources Information Systems.

General Physical Demands:

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Physical/Environmental Activities: Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work (i.e. travel to attend meetings, events, conferences) occasionally.
