Spring Health is planning to quadruple in size by the end of the year. This source will play an instrumental role in continuing to build this organization, specifically in GTM and corporate departments. This individual will work closely with recruiters and the Director of Talent Acquisition to connect with passive candidates, build long term relationships with candidates for future needs, and champion our employer brand through internal and external messaging and special projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively reach out to passive talent for internal roles in Sales, Marketing, Partnership Success, Finance, Operations using various channels and tools
- Interaction and timely communication with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, ATS database.)
- Draft messages and send messages to passive talent, creating recruiting campaigns with multiple touch points
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Join meetings with recruiters and department leaders to determine detailed role priorities and hiring criteria
- Aid in the development of our Employer Brand (Built In NYC, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.), promoting these efforts internally and externally
- Drive a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion, including implementation in sourcing practices
What We Expect From You:
- 1 -2 years of experience within a Talent Acquisition function, preferably in a sourcing function
- Experience with various sourcing techniques using various recruiting channels recruiting, social platforms, and crafting Boolean search strings
- Effective communicator both verbal and written
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
