Vicarious Surgical is hiring a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. Vicarious Surgical’s novel approach to surgery uses a combination of proprietary, human-like surgical robots and virtual reality to transport surgeons inside the patient when performing minimally invasive surgery. 

You would be joining a small but mighty Talent Acquisition team at a very exciting time.  While here you will make an impact in growing our company and be part of the team when we bring our robotic solution to the market, offering a cost-effective path to improving patient outcomes and increasing the efficiency of surgical procedures for hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to fully understand each search, including role responsibilities and candidate qualifications
• Build a diverse pipeline of candidates by executing creative research techniques and proactive outreach campaigns
• May conduct initial conversations with prospects to determine mutual fit
• Work to improve sourcing process and tools, by staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
• Outshine the competition by providing thorough, smooth and kind candidate experience
• Collaborate on a variety of projects, including being part of a team working to amplify our employment brand

About You

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Computer savvy, with ability to efficiently conduct complex and well targeted internet searches
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to craft compelling messaging to engage with talent in a highly competitive environment
