About the Role:
As a talent sourcer you’ll be responsible for finding, engaging, and connecting passive top talent with our hiring teams. You’ll have a deep knowledge of the needs or our hiring teams and how to find and engage with talent that could be a great fit for our teams. You’ll find new and unique ways to engage with talent outside of the expected Linkedin engagement. You’ll also focus on adding more pipeline to our business critical roles including Sales. You’re willing to shift roles you’re sourcing for as the needs from the business change and have a willingness to also partner with and source for engineering and other business functions. You’ll report to our GTM Recruiting Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Creatively find, engage, and network with top passive talent that we are not finding in our referral or applicant pools
- Diversify talent pipeline through engaging with new communities across talent pipelines
- Focus sourcing efforts across Sales, Account Executives, Business Development Reps, and Revenue Operations team
- Have a willingness to source talent pipelines across multiple job functions like engineering, g&a, or leadership, should business needs change
- Show proven success sourcing talent outside of LinkedIn or Linkedin Recruiter
- Partner and problem solve with GTM Recruiter, VP of Sales, and Head of Rev Ops leadership teams
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 1-2 years sourcing experience, ideally in SaaS
- A Desire to and proven track record of diversifying teams and talent pipelines
- A history of being metrics driven
- Experience writing customized outreach to increase response rates and hire conversion
- Demonstrated success with Booleans and other sourcing tools and methods
- Experience moving fast in a startup environment
- Experience approaching and selling passive candidates
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability of working in a team environment

- Prior GTM sourcing experience
