Job Description
Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of processes, programs, and tools in support of talent management strategies. Manages performance initiatives and programs including: career development, mobility, talent reviews, and succession planning. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
• Designs, delivers, and evaluates strategies and solutions from a user/customer perspective for performance management including driving the enterprise strategy and leading the annual and periodic cycles, to support business priorities.
• Develops processes and systems to support talent identification, assessment, development, mobility and deployment. Provides the framework for talent assessment, identification, validation, and feedback processes. Identifies weak or non-existent processes, analyzes organizational impacts, and takes action to build or strengthen them.
• Researches trends in performance management and recommends, designs, and implements creative programs that develop employees and drive performance. Runs experiments, tests, and pilots solutions; collects and reports data, and recommends ideal interventions to enhance the program. Measures outcomes of program delivery for impact and scale.
• Manages talent program change management. Leverages the expertise of internal and external relationships to quickly anticipate risks, build buy in, and manage change. Ensures compliance with all processes, policies and procedures related to the use and administration of the HR system. Ensures business processes and needs are met in line with business risk. Tracks, analyzes, and provides reports to measure the effectiveness of performance and talent strategies. Links measurement tools to strategic objectives and uses them to assess progress against goals. Communicates implementation strategies and change management plans.
• Acts as technology liaison for the Talent team as it relates to Succession Planning and Talent Reviews. Stays apprised of new capabilities in Workday, influences changes in Workday and drives implementation of technology changes in Workday.
• Establishes, influences, and manages relationships with business leaders, other HR COE's and HR consultants to align talent strategies with business strategies and organizational needs. Collaborates cross-functionally inside and outside team to execute.
• Standardizes expectations for performance management by creating, documenting, validating, and calibrating processes to meet the challenges of current business plans and environment.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in HR Consulting/Business Partner, Talent Management, Organization Development, Project Management or related
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in HR Consulting/Business Partner, Talent Management, Organization Development, Project Management or related
Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR Consulting/Business Partner, Talent Management, Organization Development, Project Management or related
• Experience leading performance management programs for non-exempt and exempt employees
• Strong thought leadership/influencing skills
• Proven change management/large program management experience
