Job Summary
This role manages assigned programs within the Talent & Learning (T&L) portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality execution including leveraging data to enhance and evolve the impact and effectiveness of initiatives. Initial focus areas include managing the enterprise new hire onboarding systems and content along with other initiatives related to building a great employee experience. The successful candidate is technology savvy, data-driven and excels at organizing and executing plans through end-to-end program management.
Key Responsibilities• Manages the execution and ongoing maintenance of employee experience projects and programs.• Working in partnership with multiple stakeholders, operationalizes the technology, processes, and content to drive new hire engagement and organizational performance. • Responsible for planning, change management, and tracking to ensure objectives are met on-time and in a way that scales and adapts to our evolving business needs.• Partners with technology teams to streamline, automate and drive continuous improvement in system configuration and user experience.• Provides useful data insights through dashboards, reports, and analytics. • Applies a strong data driven approach when analyzing large data sets, distilling insights, and conveying significant findings that drive improvements and evolution of programs.• Leverages strong relationships to influence and ensure maximum adoption of the processes, tools and resources provided.• Regularly engages external networks to stay current on leading practices to continuously evolve and improve talent outcomes across IQVIA.

Experience & Education• 5+ years of work experience managing and iterating on talent programs, technologies, and processes within large, matrixed, global organizations.• Strong project management experience including using data and metrics to determine improvements• Bachelor's degree related to business or equivalent experience required.

Skills & Abilities• Results oriented, data driven, curious and passionate about improving business outcomes.• Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to analyze trends, best practices, and data to influence program effectiveness and roadmap.• You may not know all the answers, but you have a proven track record of working through difficult challenges by independently researching potential directions, collaborating with others, and iterating to find the right solutions.• Demonstrated ability to clearly identify meaningful business impact and success metrics for talent solutions, and proven track record of analyzing and reporting on outcomes in a practical and scalable manner.• Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.• Strong digital proficiency and ability to leverage technology to increase efficiency and business impact. Example digital tools include chat bots, ServiceNow, MS Office Suite, Workday, Visier, and other data applications. • Ability to work proactively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility through changing priorities and demanding timelines.
