About the Role

DebtBook’s Talent Acquisition team is thrilled to add a Talent Partner (must be Charlotte-based) to focus on hiring and shaping our core business teams to support growth across GTM, CS and G+A. You will  manage a diverse set of roles that range from entry-level to Director. 

You will be expected to act as an ambassador of DebtBook's brand and company values and must be able to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. This key role requires a self-directed and highly motivated individual who has the unique ability to operate with a high level of precision and urgency in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Your work will be hands-on and involve collaboration with all levels of leadership across a cross-functional team. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of the recruitment process and who is excited to be part of a small team where no task is too big or too small. This will be a role with an incredible opportunity to drive impact!

What You’ll Do

  • Source and identify top talent across multiple disciplines, to include: Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, G+A.
  • Manage the candidate journey from engagement through to on-boarding with a strong focus on delivering a best in class candidate experience.
  • Partner with interviewers and hiring managers to define the end to end recruitment processes to ensure an inclusive, equitable and consistent experience.
  • Build and deliver training to our team on how best to leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) as well as to build and deliver interview training to our new managers who may be hiring for the first time. 

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years experience sourcing & closing talent with at least 1+ year sales recruiting  
  • Strong business acumen that leverages sound recruiting and sourcing fundamentals
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to set proper expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
  • Previous experience with Greenhouse 
  • Experience working in a high growth, startup environment
