An exciting opportunity exists within Medallia’s growing Talent Acquisition Team for an experienced recruiter excited about not only scaling a team, but building a company. In this capacity, you will consult directly with senior leaders, develop a deep understanding of Medallia’s business objectives, initiate innovative sourcing strategies, and identify, attract, and close top talent. Responsibilities

  • Engages active and passive candidates through a mix of sourcing activities
  • Develops sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates and leveraging competitive knowledge and market insights
  • Leads definition of selection criteria, resource mapping and overall selection process Leverages InMail skills and crafts proper outreach to qualified candidates, follows up with cold calling as appropriate.
  • Communicates our Vision, Mission, Culture, Values and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Implements diversity sourcing methodologies consistently across all open roles and ensures a diverse slate of candidates is engaged.
  • Manages applicant and candidate pipeline efficiently for current and future roles.
  • Completes and documents candidate feedback in our ATS and leverages other recruiting tools and support as appropriate.
  • Educates and influences Hiring Managers on their role in the hiring process and beyond.
  • Creates a positive and professional candidate and hiring manager experience, regularly anchoring on Voice of Medallia insights.
  • Ensures 100% completeness and accuracy of all critical candidate information, requisitions, and other information required during the hiring cycle.
  • Models best-in-class ATS use and data integrity at all times.
  • Effectively partners with and communicates strategy to hiring managers, internal stakeholders, finance and HR business partners.
  • Supports, participates and implements cross-functional projects & improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Go-To-Market recruitment supporting Sales, Ecosystem, and Professional Services or Customer Success organizations is strongly preferred
  • Experience in an Enterprise SaaS or Software environment is preferred but not required
