Talent Operations Specialist

Webflow is a visual web development platform that empowers non-coders to create incredible experiences for the web. 

We’re looking for a Talent Operations Specialist. The person in this role will own and project manage the innovation, introduction and effective adoption of programs, processes, and systems that will enable hiring success at Webflow. You’ll bring a strong point of view about world-class recruiting methodology in order to continuously improve the way we create and manage training, most effectively source candidates, and efficiently interview and hire incredible talent. You will achieve all of this by communicating openly, keeping DEI at the forefront of everything you do, and consistently delivering extraordinary service with kindness.

About the role

  • Location: U.S. remote 
  • Full-time exempt

As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will…

  • Develop robust documentation and training content to empower new and existing Talent Team members and hiring partners 
  • Build, refine, and implement programs such as new recruiter onboarding, interviewer training, and employee referral  
  • Lead and facilitate trainings on new and evolving talent programs, systems, tools, and initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create compliant and efficient processes in adherence with our global expansion strategy
  • Establish best practices and procedures for Greenhouse (ATS) utilization and all other recruiting-related tools and systems
  • Be the main point of contact for day-to-day Greenhouse troubleshooting and systems/process questions for both the Talent Team and our hiring partners across the organization
  • Flex between high-level strategy and in-the-weeds execution
  • Coach team members on talent operations best practices

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Talent Operations Specialist if you have:

  • Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, including experience leading recruiting operations or a similar operational role
  • Experience implementing, customizing, and ensuring adherance to applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse specifically would be a plus) and other recruiting tools to support successful scaling in a high-growth organization – ideally in a startup environment
  • Experience building, revising, and scaling recruiting processes in a rapidly growing global organization
  • Experience ideating, building, and leading adoption of various recruiting related programming
  • Experience in L&D, specifically focused on recruiting related training and onboarding
  • A strong passion for internal and external customer and candidate experience, and excitement for helping others remove roadblocks and move quickly
  • Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with the ability to translate vision into action
  • A high level of ownership, organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, and a penchant for documentation
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity and complexity, and problem-solve with the goal of emerging with strategic plans and deliverables
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in business operations and/or analytics (a plus)
