Talent Operations Specialist
 
As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to support our People & Culture team and have an impact on all employees across the company. The person in this role must have superb organizational skills, well-developed project management skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
 
Supports our team members by being knowledgeable about a range of HR topics including, payroll, benefits, onboarding, policies, culture, etc.
Maintains and updates ongoing employee life cycle information and changes related to compensation, benefits, career mobility, organizational structure, among others
Supports ongoing benefits communication and coordinates/drives benefit related events (ex. open enrollment, health fairs, employee wellness)
Creates efficiencies by leveraging HR technology to help automate operational processes
Assists new hires and employees through the onboarding and offboarding processes, respectively, providing guidance and information to ensure a positive employee experience
Maintains and updates accurate documentation of payroll and benefits processes and procedures, trains back-up resources for the role
Assists with various standard and ad hoc reports, audits, and filings throughout the year
 
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in multiple HR disciplines including benefits, payroll, HR policies, HRIS, and compliance
Experience as administrator for enterprise HRIS/payroll systems (i.e., ADP, Paylocity)
Analytical, detail-oriented and project management focused
Successful experience working in high growth, dynamic entrepreneurial environments
Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
