WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for a Talent Mobility Coordinator to join our Mobility Operations team at Nike WHQ in Beaverton, OR. You will be dedicated to foundational run the business support of our Mobility programs & processes, such as case management, reporting & analytics, & documentation maintenance. This is an exciting entry-level, opportunity for someone looking to start or expand their career in Human Resources & gain experience in a Global HR Operations function. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

On any given day, you may be responding to general questions, reviewing & updating Mobility documentation, conducting data tracking & audits, or providing support to Mobility projects.

This role will be the dedicated queue manager of requests received through Nike HR's case management solution, ServiceNow, and assigned to the Talent Mobility team. You will validate accuracy of case categorization, review & update data fields on the case form & ensure assignment to appropriate Mobility teammates.

You will support unique Mobility reporting requests for our Mobility Consultants and HR Business Partners, which requires working with & consolidating large sets of data from multiple systems & Mobility suppliers. This role will own ongoing maintenance of Mobility allowance data for our employees on temporary international assignments and regularly communicate adjustments to Expats.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will report to the Director, Global Talent Mobility Operations. Every day, you will work with Talent Mobility Operations, Consulting & Program teammates across North America, Europe, Greater China & Asia Pacific.

You may be asked to collaborate with HR Services & Operations teams, such as Payroll and Workforce Operations - all in support of delivering an outstanding experience to Nike employees!

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

Required

- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and experience

- 1+ year experience working with complex data & analytics

- 1-2 years' experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or equivalent role

- Strong organization and attention to detail

- Ability to identify challenges or underlying concerns and share ideas

- You enjoy both administrative work and problem solving

PREFERRED

- Intermediate experience with MS Excel

- Proficient experience with Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
