Overview

The Talent Marketing team is at the heart of Roche's strategy for talent attraction. Our mission as a team is to ensure the business sustainability by driving diverse, top-notch talent to Roche.

As a Talent Marketing Partner you will actively contribute to the company's success, by positioning Roche as the employer of choice and creating an unique candidate experience.

You will be part of a global network of Talent Marketing Partners spread over the Americas, EMEA and APAC and will work closely with a multitude of stakeholders from almost all business areas, hiring leaders and People & Culture colleagues.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement with great flexibility to work from home.

  • You have the ability to build strong connections and trustful relationships with the stakeholders and peers

  • You are able to see the big picture and translate business needs into actionable items generating positive outcomes

What you must have
  • Bachelor Degree or higher degree with a specialization in marketing or a similar field
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with Agile methodologies

For Colorado-based applicants, the expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $176,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits listed below

For New York-based applicants, the expected salary range for this position is $145,200 - $213,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits listed below.
