Talent Management Lead, Global Functions

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing the processes associated with the management of talent (development, engagement, and leadership) in line with the human resources strategy; promoting simplification, alignment, and synergy between the global functions in order to deliver with speed and ensure a robust pipeline of capable and diverse talent.
  • Lead talent management, culture and organization strategies and projects across DTS to support the business and people priorities. This includes Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Slating, Learning/Development, D&I, Change Management/Org Design, Workforce Planning and implications for Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Leadership Development.
  • Partners with and supports the Sr. Director, HR for Global Finance, DTS (Digital Technology Solutions) and GBS (Global Business Services) and business leaders in roles responsible for driving strategic talent initiatives.
  • Provide talent management thought leadership, influence, and expertise to function and HR leaders and their teams in order to deliver overall K-C business objectives. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that takes into consideration the capabilities and talent we need to grow our existing talent to meet future business needs.
  • Build talent by identifying leadership and functional capability gaps and working with functional capability teams and HR Teams to close the gaps. Work with top talent, reviewing their development and career plans with a view to enable their progress. Facilitate best practice sharing and coordination of talent management initiatives across the global functions.
  • Establish & leverage strong working relationships with other regional talent management leaders and HR CoE leaders to effectively identify and deliver targeted or scalable, integrated and timely HR/talent outcomes.
  • Build a high-performance culture by providing coaching and interventions with the leadership team and individuals, particularly around performance improvement, engagement, and team effectiveness. Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans.
  • Lead a team and have strong connections to both global and regional functional capability teams.



About You

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational management, or a related experience
  • 6+ years of work experience in Talent Development
  • Strong experience with change management and influencing key stakeholders
  • Experience working as both an HR Business Partner in a global/highly matrixed organization and in talent management preferred
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Ability to quickly establish a close working relationship with business teams.
  • Experience with tech talent, the tech industry and/or supporting technology functions strongly preferred.
