Joining Collibra's Talent Management team:

The Talent Management team (led by the Senior Manager, Talent Management) is part of the Talent and Culture Enablement team and focuses on leading global talent processes and frameworks such as Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Career Pathing, Competency Framework, etc..  

The responsibility of the Talent Management team is to create engaging talent processes that support Collibrians in their career development and that allow managers to proactively solve business problems in a fast-paced environment, leading to higher performance, greater satisfaction and future-readiness.

Talent Management Coordinators at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Supporting all Talent programs, processes and initiatives by taking on the project management, business support, reporting, …. for those programs. 
  • Developing metrics, reporting and dashboards to support both our internal and external stakeholders (such as People Partners, Total Rewards, Managers, Leaders, …).
  • Partnering cross functionally with Total Rewards, People Partners, Learning & Development, and other People functions in order to align on the project plan, reach deadlines, obtain the needed information. 
  • Managing the implementation and roll-out of (existing) talent processes from start to finish
  • Keeping frameworks, intranet pages, documents and dashboards up to date.

You Have:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a role where details, organization and strong project management was crucial
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute with and through others while managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
  • Experience with building reports, dashboards, etc.

You Are:

  • A clear verbal and written communicator with a strong level in English
  • A team player and like collaborating and participating across the Talent & Culture Enablement team to contribute to initiatives as needed.
  • A champion for the customer, looking for ways to improve our processes and support so that our managers and stakeholders can focus on what’s most important
  • A lifelong learner, with a strong interest in Talent Management and HR in general (no former experience required)
  • A strong eye for detail in combination with a high level of integrity as we work with highly confidential information

Reporting to Collibra's Senior Manager, Talent Management, Talent Management Coordinator measures of success are:

  • Within your three months, you will partner with the Senior Manager to roll out the bi-annual Performance and Development Review cycle
  • Within your first six months you will assist the Talent Management, Manager in rolling out the Career Development Framework
  • Within your first year you will autonomously run the project management for existing Talent Management processes
