The Role: 

The Talent Development Partner is responsible for building and maintaining a learning culture. Specifically, L&D plays a strategic role in the organization to ensure team members acquire and build skills, knowledge, and competencies that will enable them to perform at a high level. The goal is to develop and change the behavior of team members and groups to reach organizational objectives and results.

Who you are:

Education and Experience Requirements 

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in relevant HR fields: Talent Management, L&D, and Instructional Design. 
  • Bachelor's in Organizational Design,  Human Resources, or other relevant field. 
  • Broad knowledge of and experience in training delivery, instructional design, or learning technology
  • Proven experience designing and facilitating learning workshops in multi-modalities
  • A thorough understanding of adult learning principles and practices and their application in the remote workplace to create great learning experiences.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments.
  • Experience assessing learning effectiveness to develop solutions that positively impact learner performance.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with end-to-end e-learning program design including conceptualizing, scripting, storyboarding and designing using e-learning authoring tools and animated video creation tools.
  • Strong mental agility to adapt to a fast-paced growing scale-up.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Experience managing projects of small to large scope, working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Skill Requirements and Preferences 

  • Work closely with the Talent Management team, People Business Partners, business leaders, and SMEs to understand and analyze learning needs across various job levels based on mapping of competencies.
  • Design compelling user-friendly learning content and experiential learning journeys. 
  • Design rapid e-learning content using authoring tools
  • Facilitate workshops to enhance the capability of people at all levels of the organization.
  • Consult with key stakeholders in identifying appropriate learning intervention.
  • Evaluate the impact & efficacy of all learning initiatives. 
  • Monitor, track and analyze post-course effectiveness of all learning initiatives. 
  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors as and when required.
  • Manage multiple learning projects running in parallel for various cohorts.
  • Contribute to the learning strategy & roadmap. 
  • Build, maintain and scale the learning calendar.
  • Passion for supporting team members growth and development while helping to build a learning culture at Cerebral

  • Enhance and build out our L&D Workramp resources for learning
  • Work to develop a comprehensive learning curriculum that incorporates multi-modality learning formats (bite-sized training, virtual instructor-led, hands-on workshops, self-study, etc) while ensuring all materials routinely refreshed and rolled out
  • Support the marketing strategy and develop communication material to promote effective onboarding and ongoing training
