Summary:
As a Talent Coordinator, you will work direct with recruiters, hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless interviewing and post offer logistics/onboarding process. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an ideal candidate experience while identifying opportunities to improve and streamline our processes. This is a unique opportunity to be a utility player across the Talent and HR team while making an impact and growing your skills and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate virtual or onsite interviews with speed and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance the candidate, new hire and hiring manager experience.
- Provide an ideal candidate and hiring manager experience with prompt follow up and communication from initial contact to completion for interviews and new hire onboarding.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times with internal stakeholders and all candidates.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional and efficient recruiting experience for all candidates.
- Track, analyze and communicate data-centric updates with internal stakeholders such as recruiting metrics/reporting, compliance training etc.
- Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting and talent processes with a focus on elevating the candidate, new hire and employee experience
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment.
- Provide proactive support for the onboarding of new hires with welcome communications, logistics, new hire orientation etc.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while demonstrating excellent time management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate easily with all levels of candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience building and fostering great relationships with a customer centric mindset.
- Proactive approach to problem solving and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Good professional judgment and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of calendar/meeting applications, data reporting and adept at learning new software and web-based tools.
- Project management experience a plus
- Working knowledge with MS Outlook and Excel are desired.
