Position Summary:

Oldcastle Building Envelope is looking for an experienced Talent & Leadership Development Manager. This role provides the opportunity to have a significant impact on the Talent Development function by designing, organizing, and executing major employee and leadership development initiatives. We are seeking candidates that want to make an impact from Day 1!

What you are good at:

  • Serving as the business voice to shape the L&D roadmap and drive consistency across the organization by identifying priorities, issues, and training needs.
  • Partnering with our IT team in the implementation of a new LMS platform and maintain administrative responsibilities related to the development of learning materials and digital courses
  • Managing program execution and facilitate impactful leadership training and development workshops
  • Leading the concept, design, and editing of curriculum and materials, for employees at all levels
  • Leveraging data and analytics to gain insights that inform the learning agenda and measure the impact
  • Managing third party vendor relationships and identify new resources to accelerate employee growth, including learning programs for emerging talent and high potential leaders
  • Providing direction for career pathing and development planning in partnership with the Business, HR, and the Total Rewards team.
  • Creating a best-in-class onboarding program for execution at both corporate and field locations


You bring experience and qualifications to include:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • 4 years' minimum experience in Talent Development, or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge in a variety of Talent Development concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience with working in and managing data within a Learning Management System,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus experience designing and facilitating training content and workshops
  • Strong organizational/planning and project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and a high attention to detail
  • Ability to use technology in the delivery of training and development workshops to reach the broadest span of employees
