HeartFlow has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Talent and Culture Partner. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in learning and development (L&D), engagement and culture strategies with interested in providing support as a HR Business Partner.

 

This position can be performed in a hybrid basis from either San Francisco Bay Area or Austin, TX and reports to the Chief People Officer. #LI-IB1

Job Responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements the vision, strategy and annual roadmap for an integrated talent management solution including, executive coaching, individual development planning, comprehensive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Leads community outreach programs, including developing and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Designed and executed workshops focused on Performance Check-ins (Growth Mindset/Feedback), Change Management, Compensation Planning, New Manager Assimilation, OKR Process, Team Effectiveness
  • Develop and implement quarterly check-ins, promoting a culture of feedback.
  • Implement best practices, leverage analytics and digital solutions to drive strategies for retention, culture change, and other relevant factors impacting employee engagement.
  • Develops and implements strategy and initiatives that enable all employees to engage and align to the business mission, vision and strategy; helps articulate and develop new behaviors and ways of working that are required to deliver the business priorities.
  • Leads the organization’s employee engagement and retention initiatives to increase organizational, programmatic and individual performance - all designed to reinforce a HeartFlow’s culture.
  • Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provide day to day performance management guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of related human resources experience
  • Master’s Degree or MBA in HR Management preferred
  • Certification in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership or Brain-Based Coaching is a plus
  • Experience in start-up and fast-pace, high growth corporate environments

Skills Needed:

  • Working knowledge of talent development, performance management, training, and succession planning.
  • Excellent communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically, problem solve, and not only recommend effective solutions but execute them
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills
  • Strong time management and priorities management skills
  • Applicable knowledge of Labor Laws
  • A passion for saving lives
