Talent Advisor
The Talent Advisor will be a critical member of our Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for building and executing talent strategies that identify, attract, evaluate, and hire top talent and ensure we can Go Beyond®. Role will connect deeply with hiring leaders to learn about their business and support those teams by designing tailored recruiting strategies for both current and future opportunities and with a focus on operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Facilities, IT). The candidate selected will be responsible for building strong relationships with all candidates, ensuring high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality talent that meets and exceeds hiring goals. Will also act as an employer branding champion both externally and internally, advising hiring managers and interviewers on how to best be an addition to the company's culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct research to become an expert in market and hiring trends.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to help develop their assigned client group’s hiring strategy.
- Execute full life-cycle recruitment responsibilities to include sourcing, interviewing, selection, and creating/extending offers.
- Build employment brand through networking, sourcing, and social media.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to pipeline a diverse pool of candidates for each job opportunity.
- Represent Ball Aerospace at local and national career fairs including college, military, diversity, and clearance events.
- Effectively interface with Ball Aerospace management and employees; become a subject matter expert to communicate and interpret established policies, procedures, practices, programs, and laws.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Support Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA in a related field plus 4 or more years related experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience and/or internships in the DoD industry.
- Prior TA experience focused on supporting recruitment efforts for Operations-focused profiles.
- Experience with internet and candidate research applications (LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Indeed, Google Search, X-Ray Search, ClearanceJobs, etc.).
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System/ATS, SuccessFactors ideal.
- A sense of urgency to drive recruitment processes forward.
- Ability to learn and follow all applicable employment laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Demonstrated business acumen and quality decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to travel (5-10%)

Compensation & Benefits:
- HIRING SALARY RANGE: $73,500 - $99,500 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
