The Talent Acquisition Technical Specialist, is responsible for talent acquisition efforts to support the company's staffing plans by managing the hiring process from start to finish. Relationship building is a significant part of this role, both internally with hiring managers and employees and externally with candidates.


What Youā€™ll Need to do to be Successful in this Role: šŸ’°šŸ˜ƒšŸ—£

- Lead full-cycle recruitment of technical roles across the entire company

- Promote our active positions in a way that stands out from the crowd, leveraging technology, ads and postings, emails, referral programs

- Proactively target and source of candidates using social media, LinkedIn, Lever, networking, and other sources to create a strong candidate pipeline, deliver high quality customer service to hiring managers and candidates, and fill positions in a timely manner

- Coordinate the pre-hire and on-boarding process i.e. completing positions request, setting up background checks, and preparing offer letters

- Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates by building relationships, communicating often and transparently, and embodying OXIO's culture for trust and collaboration

- Closely partner with the People Ops team in creating a streamline process that identifies and attracts top talent thoughtfully, quickly and efficiently

- Help build the recruiting brand at OXIO and communicate our journey to new prospects- Curate and maximize the best tools and resources to drive all recruiting initiatives.

- Have an ability to work independently within a small, fast-paced team; an entrepreneurial spirit and unrelenting passion to deliver the best service possibleĀ

-You have several years of experience working as an in-house technical recruiter with high volume in a fast-paced environment

- You have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find great candidates

-Youā€™re able to quickly learn role requirements and relevant subject matter across various hiring teams

- You possess a high degree of personal integrity including the ability to manage confidential information

- You have strong people, organization, and consultative skills

- You have a Bachelorā€™s degree or equivalent

- You are an A++ if you have scaled ā€œtalent opportunity hubs''


In accordance with New York City Local Law 32, the expected salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000. This role may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses and stock options as well. All offers to candidates will ultimately be based on that candidate's individual experience and skillset.
