Talent Acquisition Specialist
Praxair Surface Technologies (PST) a subsidiary of Praxair, Inc., a Fortune 300 company that supplies atmospheric, process, specialty gases, high-performance coatings, and related services & technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Indianapolis, IN location.
The Recruiter will support PG Technologies' rapid growth by collaborating with Hiring Managers to provide, full cycle recruiting support to meet the needs of the business. The TA Specialist will have full responsibility for candidate sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, and managing the offer and hiring processes. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager in Indianapolis, IN.
Talent Acquisition
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, interview and retain a qualified pool of associates for placement
- Act as a liaison with candidates evaluating skills required for various job assignments and filling open requisitions in an effective and timely manner
- Continuous tracking of recruiting metrics
- Sourcing candidates (both active and passive) as well as conducting phone/in person interviews
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong negotiation skills and telephone sales skills.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels including associates, internal colleagues and management.
- Recruiting in a manufacturing environment a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree required with 4 + years recruiting experience
- ATS experience, Taleo preferred
- General expertise in local HR practices and employment related legislation
