Build community relationships by engaging with community and university partners by attending virtual and local career events, including Tech Talks and to increase brand awareness and build a pipeline of talent. • Cultivate positive relationships with leaders and cross functional partners across the organization to build teams
• Consult with stakeholders to implement strategic plans of acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals
• Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies to thrive
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment process
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure all implemented talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with the best talent

What you bring...

• Bachelor's degree required
• Desire to learn full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Proven social media engagement to deliver on talent brand marketing strategy
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and process driven
• Strong level of confidence in taking a consultative approach when communicating with senior level leaders
• High level of employee engagement to create trusting relationships
• Self-motivated with a learner mentality to deliver excellence
