As the company continues to grow, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, North America (based in Austin, Texas) to support our team growth in the US!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages, beginning to end, of the recruitment process across all departments within the US
  • Research, post and monitor job-ads on various platforms
  • Analyze resumes for quality candidates and conduct candidate interviews
  • Build a strong talent pool pipeline
  • Work closely with leadership and support hiring managers in recruitment needs
  • Attend job fairs/networking events to developing relevant relationships
  • Plan and organize recruitment events to attract top-performing team members
  • Create, develop and engage in social media recruitment campaigns
  • Develop Employer Branding as part of Global Talent Acquisition Team


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in tech recruitments from a SaaS company
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • BA degree in relevant field, i.e., Human Resources Management or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate high-level attention to detail
  • Trustworthy and honest as you will be handling confidential information
  • Committed to diversity and equality culture
  • Deliver results, meet deadlines and targets
