We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, pre-onboarding, and interview coordination.
Our future Tech recruiter will play a key role in our development!
Your mission @ Aircall:
- Develop Talent acquisition strategy and hiring plans to make the tech team grows faster.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Take care of the onboarding process to ensure the fastest ramp-up possible
- Produce analytics & reports on the different taken actions
- Improve recruitment processes and tools
- Follow the complete background verification process for the selected candidate
A little about you:
- You have at least 2+ years of experience in hiring and are passionate about building high-performing Tech teams for a software business
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- You demonstrate a positive attitude, systematically find solutions, invest a lot of energy for the success of your projects with high deadlines and contribute to structuring our processes
- You are fluent in English
