SmartFinancial is a leading insurance technology company working on building tools to make the insurance shopping process better, simpler and more effective. We are experiencing a tremendous amount of growth, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us recruit top talent! The ideal candidate is experienced in using a variety of sourcing techniques to search for, screen, and identify candidates for managers, filling open positions with quality candidates. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a can-do attitude, and is passionate about supporting the growth of an innovative technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Drives full-cycle recruiting for various teams: proactively sources, engages, maintains, and closes a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions
- Partners with and advises hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team; prepares for and conducts intake meetings and maintains strong internal communication throughout each search.
- Dynamically sources passive talent through LinkedIn and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles
- Ensures top-notch candidate experience and consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle
- Tracks progress and makes recommendations to improve recruiting processes and metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting across different departments in a fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and various job boards; ability to keep an eye on job ads and manage spend
- Ideal candidate possesses high energy, is highly motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with a high sense of urgency.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong sense of accountability
- Outcome-oriented 'doer' who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and doing what needs to get done
