Job Description
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company which means that Talent Acquisition plays an integral role in the organization to ensure that we hire the right match for each open position. You will be hiring focused on our Revenue organization globally, building our revenue (sales development, sales, customer success) teams in the US and in Spain.
The Role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will handle full-cycle recruiting activities and execute on Red Points’ talent strategy. This position will play a vital role in finding, attracting, and recruiting the best people to work at one of the best brand protection companies in the world!
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing the entire recruitment cycle and relevant processes with support of People Partners
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify and forecast hiring and talent needs
Working closely with hiring managers to design and maintain up-to-date job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Ensuring a smooth candidate experience; we believe feedback is important and we avoid automated messages!
Sourcing candidates through several channels (e.g. social platforms, online career boards, professional networks, job fairs, recruitment events)
Planning and scheduling interviews including screening calls, assessments, and management/panel interviews
Conducting benchmarks on salaries to ensure our offers remain competitive
Managing and maintaining candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters)
Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Support ingPeople & Culture team with relevant HR projects and initiatives, especially related to employer branding
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the table:
Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or relevant field
2+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Proven experience recruiting for revenue roles (Sales, Business Development, Customer Success)
Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred – we are fast-paced and dynamic!
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Familiarity with online job boards, social media, resume databases and professional networks; ie. LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
