Job Description

This role handles the behind-the-scenes execution, coordination and delivery of recruiting support services to our client and customer groups. You'll keep your clients/customers organized, ensuring that all activities are executed according to the established process, and provide support through a variety of tasks:

- Schedules/coordinates interview requests for hiring organizations.

- Assists in coordination of candidate travel if/when necessary.

- Assists in coordinating companywide hiring events (candidate interview days), ensuring that event(s) run smoothly.

- Monitors the completion of candidate background investigations and pre-employment requirements, ensuring completion.

- Executes the employee on-boarding process, from a candidate's acceptance through the first week report-to-work date.

- Maintains talent acquisition files pertaining to transactional occurrences.

- Serves a Co-Facilitator for onsite and virtual New Employee Orientation sessions.

- Provide support for ad hoc business needs

Basic Qualifications

Key characteristics and skills that are necessary for the success of this role:

- Must be Customer Service Savvy

- Accountability and Organization - ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail

- Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively

- Technically proficient in use of multiple systems and technology including but, not limited to Microsoft Office products, (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Desired skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, be a team-player, and have the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of LMPeople and LMCareers is preferred.

- Curious and eager to learn and grow

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - aiding our customers and clients to solve new and complex problems

Ability to work remotely

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
