About the Role:
As a Sourcer, you will source talent and be a brand ambassador. You will work directly with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to help build out a diverse pipeline of talent for Digital, Technical and General Consulting roles at Capco. You will have an opportunity to make a significant impact as we continue to grow the business.
What You'll Get to Do:

• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing techniques, social media campaigns, partnerships and more
• Develop strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the business and open roles and create strategic sourcing approaches to identify talent in the marketplace
• Partner with the business to review and enhance our current identification and assessment processes and tools
• Consistently manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
• Create excitement!! Be an Ambassador for Capco!
• Manage an efficient and effective process, utilizing our ATS (Greenhouse) and other tools

What You'll Bring with You:

• 1+ years of sourcing or full cycle recruiting experience in Financial Services, Fintech or Management Consulting Industry
• Experience partnering and collaborating with recruitment teams to understand hiring needs
• Experienced/skilled in the utilization of various sourcing channels, including direct, internet and networking sourcing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Possesses a high level of integrity and a results-driven orientation
• Proactive and able to work independently and a team player who can build strong relationships
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
• Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
