Juniper's Talent Acquisition team is responsible for hiring top talent across the globe. Our team is made up of over 100 Recruiters, Sourcing Recruiters, and Coordinators providing a trusted business partnership to our Hiring Managers worldwide.
We are currently looking for an individual to join our world-class team to provide talent acquisition support to our US Virtual Sales Organization. Owning and driving operational excellence in these key areas - Hiring Manager Partnership, Quality of Hire, Candidate Experience, Time to Fill, and Compliance.
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Specialist at Juniper, you will develop Hiring Manager and candidate relationships as the trusted advisor and coach representing the Talent Acquisition organization. You will own the process from end to end, from the time a requisition is opened through to a successful hire. Managing the relationships and process with key data and utilizing a project managed approach, you will find, attract, and hire the best talent for one of Juniper's fastest growing teams!
Additional responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with the managers within the Virtual Sales organization; understanding their unique hiring goals.
- Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing tools and techniques.
- Identify Colleges and Universities with strong Business and Sales programs. Build long term relationships with their Deans, Department Heads, Professors and Career Centers.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- As we continue to build a more divers workforce, help identify means to increase our hiring of those in underrepresented groups.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates in a highly competitive market.
Profile
3-5 years or Recruiting experience within a sales organization, preferably in a High-Tech environment
3+ years full-cycle recruiting owning entire process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing of candidates. Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers with commission plans
University Relations experience
Experience and passion around Inclusion and Diversity
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships in a highly matrixed environment
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Demonstrated experience as collaborative team-player
Excellent organizational and time management skills and a keen attention to detail
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Willingness to learn and have fun while doing it!
BA/BS or equivalent in-house High-Tech recruiting experience
