We’re looking for a few recruiters to join our team. You will be a partner and trusted advisor to our hiring managers in finding and hiring elite candidates in a variety of non-technical roles across our Americas region. Partner with our Recruiting and Business leaders to build out our growing teams. This a full-cycle recruiting role from creation to sourcing, screening, candidate management and offer. Your role will be to hire the very best talent, while having a strong emphasis on diversity. We need someone with recruiting experience, that is driven, eager and able to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
What You Will Do
- Lead the end to end Talent Acquisition lifecycle. Generate a strong, diverse pipeline of both active and passive candidates through sourcing, internal referrals, networking, and online job postings
- Partnering and collaborating with our hiring teams, providing talent insight, understanding flight risks in their team or upcoming attrition, and delivering outstanding end to end hiring support
- Leading intake meetings with the hiring team and develop a comprehensive and executable search strategy
- Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews through your outstanding relationship building skills
- Effectively use ATS to track and lead the recruitment process flow
- Lead candidate offer process, including salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing of candidates
- Crafting robust assessments to ensure we run a fair and unbiased hiring process.
- Acting as a brand ambassador across social channels to build engagement with Cisco Meraki.
- Coming to the table with new innovative ways to attract talent.
Who You Are
- Must have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing high-quality candidates
- Experience in building a robust pipeline of high-caliber talent, and the ability to demonstrate creativity in search methods
- Showcasing the understanding and ability to handle diverse talent pipelines
- Search experience must include full-life cycle recruitment (end-to-end), including ownership of offer creation, negotiation and closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact with team members and candidates of all stature with professionalism and tact
- Demonstrable ability to successfully prioritize and manage a large and diverse requisition load in a dynamic, constantly evolving work environment while remaining delivery focused
- Passionate about the mission, product, and culture of Cisco Meraki.
