About the team
Our team recruits top talent for high volume positions within Banking, Payments and Merchant.We take pride in working cohesively to ensure we are creative and dependable.
What you will be doing

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for the company's open jobs by conducting in-depth requisition launch meetings, advertising, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
  • Guide hiring managers through the interview, selection, reference, and offer stages.
  • Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, summarizing feedback, making hiring recommendations, and managing the offer process.
  • Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within Workday.
  • Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate by attending career fairs/events and hosting open houses on site.


What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and high-volume recruiting experience
  • Skill in direct, internet and networking sourcing and in conducting and facilitating job fairs and recruiting events
  • Skilled in Recruiting and the use of Microsoft Office and ATS programs (Workday experience desired, not required)
  • Ability to be well organized and to perform under minimal supervision
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Developing professional role. Generally works on multiple requisitions (typically 25 or more) of the least complexity such as administrative or call center. May work with senior peers on more complex requisitions for learning opportunities. Works under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. Consult with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience. Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency. Typically requires up to three years of experience.
