You are:
An experienced talent acquisition professional with at least 5+ years' experience in recruitment for multiple business domains across the US. You know how to lead in-house recruitment efforts for companies in the hi-tech industry, how to build a strong partnership and relationship with the business leaders and hiring teams, and bring the best talents to the right roles. You are an expert in understanding and analyzing human behavior, motivation, ability to embrace changes and innovate through in-depth HR interviews.
You're all about relationships; you get that this is where it all happens. You're business-oriented, data-driven, interested in the world of technology, and have a sense of urgency. You're creative, independent, and own what you do. You have a clear, data-based, well-established voice when it comes to hiring talent - and you love what you do. Plus, you have strong interpersonal skills and local talent market knowledge.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

• Play a major role in achieving the company's business goals through the global growth goals
• Be the expert, advisor, and educator on our hiring approach
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from an engaging sourcing strategy to getting talent on board
• Develop candidate profiles with hiring managers by understanding the required skills, impact of the role and cultural add to the team and company
• Conduct HR interviews to gauge the potential cultural and behavioral match to Wix
• Create a unique and memorable experience for candidates and hiring teams through the hiring process
• Participate in broader initiatives to enhance Wix's recruiting efforts
