Technical Sourcer
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry.
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This individual will support the Global Research & Development (R&D) organization, which includes Data Science and Big Data Engineering. You will be part of a collaborative recruiting team environment, where sharing new ideas and insights are celebrated.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a high-growth company in the ad tech industry, where you will play a role in attracting and engaging top talent for mission-critical engineering roles that drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong desire to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with recruiters to develop sourcing strategy and approach for IAS's engineering organization
- Build pipelines of qualified candidates from a variety of sources, including accessing pools of talent from historically underrepresented groups in the tech industry
- Research markets, companies, teams, and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple roles and quickly adapt in an evolving environment
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset; able to learn about and source for novel roles, research talent availability, and develop creative solutions to sourcing challenges
Experience:
- Prior sourcing, recruiting, or business development experience, recruiting agency background welcome
- Experience using sourcing tools and Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates
- Must be able to communicate effectively, prioritize, and move quickly in an ambiguous environment
- Experience in technology driven industries. Adtech experience a plus
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
