What You'll Do
It's pretty simple, our people are critical to Veritone's success and bringing in the best & the brightest is no small task. You'll be part of an amazing Talent Acquisition team that's enabling Veritone to be a center of gravity for talent. Our Talent Acquisition team truly partners with our leaders to bring in talent that will best fit with the role and has unlimited growth potential.
- Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy.
- Develop, creative, out of the box recruiting methods.
- Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to executive leadership in matters related to top talent.
- Participate in marketing events, user groups, and industry-specific interest groups to build relationships and a candidate pipeline.
- Whether your background is corporate/in house, search firm or boutique you will be genuinely interested in and the go-to person for technical industry searches, specifically in research and assessment capacity.
- Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
- Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to executive leadership in matters related to top talent.
- Proven ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Resilience under pressure. Polite push back when required. Ready to collaborate and bring ideas to the attention of the whole team.
What You'll Need
- 5-10 years in corporate or agency technical recruiting
- Experience building and utilizing sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and Internet research.
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates. (Greenhouse preferred)
- Managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing top Technical Talent
- Track record of sourcing and placing senior-level candidates in the following areas:
- Engineering
- Engineering Leadership
- Product Management
- Data Science
- A combination of corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred.
