What you'll be doing: 

As our Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract), you will collaborate with the Sales & Marketing lines of business to attract and select the best talent for their teams. Your passion for recruiting and your ability to distinguish between good and great drives your ability to hire top talent. Your relationship management and influencing skills will make you a credible partner to the business, providing valuable insights and market trends.

Think like an owner in filling open roles in a timely, cost-effective, and qualitative manner. Be curious about business objectives and understand how you can contribute by bringing the right talent to the organization. Enjoy collaboration and being a true partner. Come up with new ideas to attract diverse talent pools and select the best for your teams. Be willing to broaden your impact by contributing to the overall HR effort through coordination and onboarding. 
What you'll bring to the team: 
A University graduate with five years of recruiting experience either in-house or agency. Your work experience has been gained in fast-paced, matrix organizations. You are flexible, adaptable and you persevere as deliverables and priorities change. You have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as strong client service and relationship management skills. You think strategically while you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work on the tactical implementation of the great ideas you or your colleagues come up with.
