The Role

ITHAKA is transforming to meet the need of hiring and recruiting the best talent to our organization. Our Talent Acquisition team is looking to add a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Work, Life & Culture (WLC) team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll have a business-facing recruiting role supporting technology and other cross functional teams across all of ITHAKA's business units to develop recruiting and sourcing strategy support and deliverables.

In this exciting and high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor for hiring managers and will drive the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external candidates. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also drive university recruiting efforts, developing creative strategies to increase the visibility of ITHAKA's employer brand on a college campus and attract students and graduates to apply for positions with ITHAKA. This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional with proven skills to join a small team that works closely with senior management. The Talent Acquisition Partner will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.


  • Full life-cycle recruitment for professional to managerial level openings.
  • Recruit Technology, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance positions and other cross functional roles across all of ITHAKA's business units.
  • Act as subject matter expert and trusted consultant to hiring managers, specific to talent acquisition: market insights, data and statistics, strategic advertising initiatives, innovative ways of working etc.
  • Manage, evaluate, and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent to our developing and emerging businesses. Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence.
  • Make recommendations regarding passive candidate sourcing and selection techniques, inclusive of social media technology.
  • Provide consultative support, have mastery of TA tools and processes, run meetings and provide back-up support to TA Manager as/when needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requisition requirements.
  • Build partnerships with mid-level and executive leadership to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent.
  • Collaborates with stakeholder(s) on requisition posting and sourcing strategy.
  • Meet talent acquisition Objectives and Key Results (OKR) goals not limited to time-to-fill metrics, hiring manager satisfaction surveys, and diversity hiring metrics.
  • Identifies continuous improvement/automation and makes frequent recommendations based on evidence, and apply the OKR mentality to drive improvements.
  • Be mindful of the job specifications and promote an inclusive communication approach.
  • Aptitude in learning a web-based applicant tracking system (ATS) utilizing and performing daily requisition hygiene.
  • Oversee external recruitment, internal mobility, and employee referral programs to meet hiring demands.
  • Manage candidate workflow and dispositioning with EEOC and OFCCP compliance.
  • Create an environment of belonging and contribute to an environment that allows all to bring their best selves to work.
  • Demonstrates teamwork and commitment to an evidence based culture, and recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
  • Act as Brand Ambassador and promotes ITHAKA as an employer of choice.

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment and understanding how to align talent strategies with business priorities
  • Minimum 2 years experience in technology recruiting including professional to managerial level hiring
  • Experience identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches; familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques
  • Experience with employment policies and procedures, including EEO, OFCCP, Pay Equity and ADA regulations
  • Strong relationship management skills with ability to build trust and credibility
  • Experience analyzing market data and providing metrics to business partners and stakeholders
  • Demonstrates curiosity and growth mindset; supports process improvement/innovation and exhibits resilience
  • Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional business partners in a non-hierarchical environment.
  • Polished presentations, written and verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position is ($75,000.00 - $90,000.00) per year. Base pay may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market location, and geography.
