Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter (Remote)
The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter is to guide, develop and partner with managers to identify, attract and select the best talent for open positions. The Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter will source candidates through multiple channels and guide manager in filling positions with the most talented and qualified candidates.
• Source, screen and refer the most qualified applicants to hiring managers, leveraging social media, networking and other innovative sourcing techniques to find top talent.
• Recruit qualified mission-driven candidates via a variety of creative methods (i.e. media, job fairs, employee referrals, networking and data mining).
• Establish, cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with management in order to understand recruitment needs and identify skills needed for vacancies.
• Conduct daily calls with potential candidates to build pipeline of applicants to meet common and unique staffing needs
• Collect and analyze data and statistics for use in designing recruitment plans and measuring the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
• Sourced and filled challenging roles
• Managed high volume req loads
Knowledge & Skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within the organization
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and creative problem solving skills
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
