What you'll do:
- Partner with hiring managers and coordinators throughout the recruiting life cycle
- Responsible for new hire onboarding and first day
- Assess resumes from various job boards
- Conduct interviews by phone, virtually, or in person
- Coordinate interview process recruiters
- Communicate candidate screens with hiring managers and recruiting team
- Communicate offers and answer candidate
- Maintain interview and hiring records
- Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
- Partner with People Operations team new hire needs
What you have:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required
- 1-2 years of supporting a human resources team or recruiting team preferred
- Proficient in ATS systems such as Lever, Greenhouse, Linkedin
- Proven track record for building successful partnerships between teams
- Strong communication skills
- Positive vibes required
