Position Overview

SingleStore is looking for an experienced TA Partner who can help the People Ops Team support the continued growth of the organization. As we continue to scale our company, identifying and attracting top talent across all teams continues to be a top priority. This individual will partner closely with various stakeholders across the organization to help lead both tactical and strategic initiatives, ensuring we meet short-term goals while focusing on the long-term success of the organization and our growth in the US and beyond. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs required to drive company growth
• Lead/Drive the development and execution of recruiting strategies for various positions, including both technical and non-technical roles
• Source candidates through a variety of avenues, ensuring we’re identifying top talent in the industry
• Provide sourcing support for the global TA team. 
• Ensure an incredible candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting the SingleStore employment brand and virtues
• Manage candidates through entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiations to hire
• Accurately manage data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Help support candidates through to onboarding 

Required Experience

• 3 to 6+ years of Recruiting experience.
• Deep understanding of the recruiting life cycle, from candidate development to client management
• Strong business acumen, possessing a firm understanding of the competitive talent market
• Knowledge of the US high tech and enterprise software market
• Experience in recruiting for Database software technologies a plus
• Strong Technical Recruiting experience
• Ability to operate remotely and work independently with a distributed team 
• Excellent communication skills, including both oral and written
• Experience working in a startup environment with the ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment
• Deep sourcing expertise, with advanced internet recruiting understanding/experience
• B.A./B.S. Degree or equivalent
