As our Senior Corporate Recruiter you will contribute to the development of the 360Learning team by sourcing, attracting and recruiting top talent while focusing on sales & customer success roles.
You will join a team of global team of talent acquisition professionals and report to the US TA Lead. Your home base will be our New York entity, but the role can be held remote from anywhere on the East Coast.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Graduate in Convexity through our onboarding process
- Understand our product offering through training
- Meet the global team through virtual coffee meets and happy hour
- Learn our hiring processes, tools and analytics framework
- Take on your hiring list
Within 3 months, you will:
- Source highly relevant profiles for our sales and customer success teams
- Pitch 360Learning like you own it
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes
- Close your first candidates
Within 6 months, you will:
- Expand the breadth of profiles you own
- Design well-crafted interviewing processes
- Close the expected number of candidates each month
- Take on your first talent acquisition project (fields: employer brand, analytics…)
Within 12 months, you will:
- Coach 360Learners on interviewing best practices
- Help grow and develop junior recruiters in the team
- Deliver impactful improvements to the way we hire
The Skills Set
- 1-2 years in-house or agency recruiting experience
- Proven experience in detecting outstanding talent
- Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit
- Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven fast-paced environment
- Eager to work in a remote first company
