Our US Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition. This talent advisor performs full lifecycle recruiting for a broad range of management, professional, and technical positions. The key factor in this opportunity is to have ability to partner with multiple levels of WSP's team, such as Business Leaders, HR managers, and HR Coordinators to implement and drive recruitment strategies to meet current and future business needs of WSP.

This person can be based out of any of our WSP offices in the US.

Your Impact

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment of professional, technical and administrative staff
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with hiring managers, HR Managers and business leaders as well as candidates and the community at large to advance the WSP Brand
  • Determine and prospect for hard to find candidates using various recruiting tools, channels, targeted cold calling and world class networking skills that take recruiting to the next level
  • Promote the company and WSP brand to candidates and external service providers through various web enabled technology, universities, professional associations and the community
  • Actively recruit passive candidates and have the ability to drive those candidates through the recruitment cycle
  • Use your negotiation skills to provide value to both the candidate and end-users for your assigned requisitions and region
  • Work closely with the compensation manager and hiring manager to determine the recommended salary package for each candidate
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and communication to management, hiring managers, Human Resources Managers
  • Ensure compliance with our EEO and Affirmative Action programs in the recruiting process, and continuously educate the business units on these programs and other outreach resourcing programs as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with Companies policies & procedures, safety, state and federal laws, regulations and standards and educates the business on affirmative action goals and diversity resourcing as appropriate


Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Seven (7) to Fifteen (15) years of full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience recruiting in the AEC industry
  • Experience interacting with senior level business executives
  • Ability to translate business initiatives into recruitment strategy and execution
  • Ability to shape and influence decisions of others to give the recruitment process new life that makes it easier on the candidates, hiring managers and all involved
  • Experience in using applicant tracking /recruiting software systems
  • Working knowledge of employment laws as they relate to the recruiting process, ensuring WSP's compliance
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize own time


Compensation and Benefits:

Expected Salary: $86,00-146,340
