Primary Responsibilities

KeHE is currently seeking an ambitious, highly relational, professional Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) to recruit talent for our Corporate and Commercial teams. The TAM will lead development and execution of recruitment strategy aligned to mid and senior level roles within our Corporate and Commercial business units such as Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Corporate Operations & Supply Chain Management.

This is an individual contributor role. Recruitment activities include building and deploying sourcing strategies in area markets, partnering with the Recruitment Marketing Manager to increase KeHE's brand awareness to increase applicant flow, identify hiring trends and making hiring recommendations.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and People Operations to discuss upcoming needs and collect feedback.
  • Work strategically with the business partners of various levels to identify and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Use sourcing tools and software to administer a proper recruiting pipeline.
  • Continuously build and engage a pool or pipeline of candidates through prospecting, sourcing & networking.
  • Complete the pre-screening processes and behavioral interviews as necessary.
  • Conduct initial phone screens for all qualified candidates and take candidates through the full cycle of recruitment process until someone is hired.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

  • Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with additional years of relevant work experience
  • 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including several years in technology hiring (SDE, UX/UI, Infrastructure, etc.) sales, and finance/accounting hiring
  • Experience building strategic sourcing plans for smaller markets, large markets, niche roles, and ability to shift between them accordingly
  • Experience creating and implementing projects and processes from inception to completion
  • Strong organizational skills and comfortable with prioritizing and managing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive communicator with strong desire to collaborate with others and build effective relationships with leaders
  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Prior Food/Grocery Sales recruitment experience preferred
