Responsibilities

This person has reports to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition and has a dotted line to the Manager, TA, Global Gaming, Manager TA Global Lottery and Manager, TA Operations.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead high volume process talent acquisition process enablement initiatives, soliciting buy in, partnering with global cross-functional partners, and driving scalable solutions • Act as the voice of the recruiter to lead creation and evolution of workflows for new and existing tools in our recruiter tool ecosystem • Establish a high volume recruiting center of excellence, which will be the centralized hub for templates, tools, and best practices for all the global recruiting organization• Partner with talent analytics team to establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting processes • Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights and make recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional partners to develop scalable solutions, programs and policies to improve the recruiter and candidate experiences• Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed talent acquisition team• Provide expert partnership, structure, and training to Hiring Managers and interviewing teams on equitable, best in class hiring processes• Participate in strategic planning and forecasting with stakeholders to map future hiring needs to staffing plans• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external organizations to identify and source an inclusive slate of talent• Use data to make compelling arguments which drive decisions across your team and business area • Partner with business leaders and HR partners to lead searches and negotiate complex compensation packages• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based upon feedback from the line business leadership and hiring teams• Work with hiring managers and business partners to ensure the job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate standards. • Attend events and represent the company at industry and other recruitment events. Networking is a key skill for this role

Qualifications

Qualifications: • Substantial recruitment experience with a focus in a fast-paced setting and/or high volume preferred• Ability to lead and motivate others• Corporate recruitment experience preferred but open to seeing people coming from agency• Demonstrating ability to own and deliver work independently that feeds into a wider team• Demonstrating ability to assimilate information quickly and deal with ambiguity• Deep appreciation and respect for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, but creative, curious, and innovative when considering leading practice• Highly organized, operationally perceptive, and data-oriented• Influential written and verbal communication
This role may be located anywhere in the US.
