Lev is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager - Product and Engineering to partner with senior leadership to quickly and sustainably scale our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. This role will report into the VP of People. We are looking for a consultative and creative thinker who will identify and engage top technical talent, improve and contribute to our employer brand, and scale our recruiting practices as we grow as an organization. In this role, you will focus on finding great talent and coach our hiring managers to hire successfully. You will define the way we recruit for technical talent and be responsible for managing full-cycle technical recruiting, driving hiring strategy, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Build Lev’s Engineering, Product, and Design teams
  • Source and recruit top software engineers, design and product candidates who will play a key role in building and shaping our product
  • Drive sourcing strategy, evaluate, network and hire for a variety of technical roles
  • Develop a diverse pipeline of highly-qualified candidates
  • Define and implement interview processes and best practices for Engineering, Product, and Design
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer
  • Coach and develop hiring managers and interviewers

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of technical recruiting experience including 2+ years rapidly scaling a startup
  • Experience in a rapidly-scaling environment preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study
  • Excellent relationship building skills and proven ability to provide value added consultative service
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skillsProven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive personal relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, managing multiple projects and coordinating multiple requests to successful completion
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Results oriented with a sense of urgency in addition to demonstrated attention to detail in prior roles
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive and think quickly on your feet in an ever-changing environment
  • A recent track record of hiring top-tier, hard to find, product, design, and engineering candidates
  • A passion for building effective and high performing teams
  • An extensive network of senior engineering talent
