Lev is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager - Capital Markets to partner with senior leadership to quickly and sustainably scale our team. As our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager - Capital Markets, you will make considerable impact by shaping the department’s full-cycle interview flows and defining best practices. The ideal candidate is a self starter with strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.

What You'll Do

• Build a mission-critical business unit
• Develop a diverse pipeline of highly-qualified candidates
• Define and implement Capital Markets’ interview process and best practices
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer
• Coach and develop hiring managers and interviewers

What You Bring

• 4+ years of recruiting experience including 1+ year recruiting for complex financial services
• Experience in a rapidly-scaling startup environment preferred, but not required
• Bachelor's degree in any field of study
• Excellent relationship building skills and proven ability to provide value added consultative service
• Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation skills
• Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive personal relationships
• Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, managing multiple projects and coordinating multiple requests to successful completion
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Results oriented with a sense of urgency in addition to demonstrated attention to detail in prior roles
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to thrive and think quickly on your feet in an ever-changing environment
