Talent Acquisition Manager at Checkout.com:
Checkout.com is actively looking for a TA Manager to join the growing Talent Acquisition Team and
support the company’s rocketing growth and success by identifying, attracting and retaining the best
talent possible across North and South America.
As the first Talent Acquisition leader in the Americas, you will cover end to end recruitment for all roles
in the region and work closely with our Global TA function, the majority of whom are based in our
Headquarters in London.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with the ability to scale a team from the ground up. You’ll
need excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in an entrepreneurial,
high-paced environment.
About You:
- Proven track record of hands-on recruiting abilities coupled with strategic thinking and strong business partnering
- Good knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools, techniques and mediums
- Ability to prioritize workloads and manage C-level relationships
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of integrity and ability to display confidentiality at all times
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously and outperform through personal drive
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute on the hiring strategy for the Americas region. The initial focus is hands-on recruiting with the intent to hire and scale the TA team immediately
- Partner closely with our C-level executives in New York in addition to the US Country Manager and other senior leaders
- Shape the regional recruiting strategy aligned to the company's OKRs and long term goals
- Develop and execute a talent strategy to allow continued scale across the organization
- Analyze data to uncover opportunities for process improvements throughout the entire candidate lifecycle
- Define, design and implement recruiting programs to improve hiring across the company
- Establish metrics and reporting for ongoing review, analysis and decision making to optimize hiring activity
- Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives to ensure that Checkout.com is providing a world-class candidate experience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including Finance, Legal and other People teams. Develop best practices related to compensation and benefits, employment law and contracts based on industry knowledge and competitive benchmarking
