Here are some highlights of what you'll be doing...

  • Oversee Seer’s Talent Acquisition function, managing a growing team of 3 Recruiters while balancing full-cycle recruitment across your own portfolio of requisitions
  • Report into Seer’s Associate Director of People Operations, partnering closely on departmental goals/KPIs, operational success, and the ongoing strategic evolution of the Talent Acquisition practice
  • Own full-lifecycle recruitment for a portfolio of middle-management through Executive hiring needs, this includes sourcing, phone screens, managing the interview process, offers, and closing
  • Manage team performance, leveraging data-driven metrics to support and balance both departmental success and resourcing. You’ll empower growth in each team member, sparking new opportunities for individual development while leveraging the unique strengths of the team
  • Focus on strategically expanding our candidate pipelines, from growing existing sources to expanding into new tributaries and leveraging data to curate our ideal mix for business success
  • Partner closely with Seer’s Executive Team, Sales, Finance, and divisional Hiring Managers to ensure strong alignment between business needs and recruitment’s ability to drive those forward
  • Champion for excellent candidate experience and act as an extension of Seer’s brand; ensuring everyone who engages with Seer’s talent brand receives unmatched care and attention
  • You like a good challenge and agree that change should be constant. You’ll drive regular process improvements to all things talent acquisition, optimizing our approach to be the best it can be
  • Take a data-driven approach to transition our employer awareness from local markets to a national/remote presence; strategically entering new pools of talent across the United States
  • Collaborate with Seer’s People team, Recruitment Marketing, Design, Content, SEO, and Paid Media to drive creative recruiting campaigns and build strong candidate pipelines
  • Share your expertise through a variety of thought leadership opportunities; blog posts, speaking engagements, and webinars. Sharing your work with the greater People Operations community

The skills you'll bring to the table


  • You have experience overseeing talent acquisition functions with at least 2 direct reports, in a digital marketing or digital agency environment (must have some digital marketing or agency experience)

  • Your time is precious, you know it and we do too! With automation and stellar time management, you work smart, strategically, and protect your time. Juggling requisitions, special projects, sourcing, outreach, interviews-- you keep all trains moving with ease
  • Your ability to quickly build rapport with internal stakeholders and external candidates is enviable. You have a passion for finding great talent to support the organization’s continued evolution
  • The competition for talent is TOUGH! You know it takes more than searching on LinkedIn and utilizing cold outreach methods to attract talent. You’ve found ways to leverage search and brand to attract candidates to roles you’re working
